Pending sales up 25.8% from 1 yr ago :0) Yeah!

Active Listing down 20.2% from 1 yr ago, less inventory is good for sellers, not so good for buyers.

Days of market down 27.7% from 1yr ago, Good news for sellers, house selling faster

Months Supply of Inventor down 31.6% from 1yr ago, again good news for sellers, less choices for buyers.
